Q: How fast do you deliver?

Pretty darn fast! On busy nights, though, kitchen capacity may be tight and traffic can be lousy. Still, in these conditions, we try to deliver in under 45 minutes. Regardless of the situation, we will always notify you your order status.

 

Q: How do I pay?

You pay online through our ordering system. We only accept credit or debit cards. This is done to ensure your delivery experience goes smoothly. We take your personal information very seriously. Your data is always securely encrypted to ensure maximum protection and never shared.

 

Q: Can I get my favorite food from any restaurant?

Yeup! Any restaurant. Feel free to let the restaurant know about us as well.

 

Q: Should I tip the driver?

Aww... how nice of you to ask! Our drivers do everything to make your delivery delightful, so tips are appreciated but not required.

 

Q: Can I order in advance?

Of course - we allow you to order up to 30 days in advance. If you need to order further in advance, please email us at info@myurbanrunner.com.

 

Q: Can I customize items in my order?

Please add any requests in Special Instructions. Note that restaurants may add additional charges for certain items, such as adding bacon to a hamburger or requesting a gluten-free bun.

 

Q: What is Urban Runner's refund policy?

We want to keep true to our name and delight you. If you ever encounter an issue, please email us at info@myurbanrunner.com. We will do right by you.

 

 

Q: Can I order from different restaurants at the same time?

Yes! We charge a flat fee for every restaurant where you place an order. For example, you can place an order at Restaurant A and another one at Restaurant B for the same meal, but you'd pay double in total for delivery.
